1992 TOYOTA Hiace Double-Cab 4wd Fire Captain's Truck
One of the lesser-known JDM imports, this double cab Hiace has all the charm of a VW Doka with Toyota's renown reliability. For starters, this rig clocks merely 5,500 original miles, making this pickup literally like-new. It's powered by the 2L model 2.4 liter diesel engine, 5-speed manual transmission, and 4wd high and low range. With 4-doors and seating for six, the rear bench seat folds up to allow for additional inside storage space.
Clearly garage-kept for the duration of it's life, the truck is in immaculate shape... no rust. The bed has been modified to include several nice built-in cabinets with wood bottom inserts.
Consistent with all the vehicles we produce, we brought her maintenance all up to date- New timing belt, new idler and tensioner pulleys, new camshaft and crankshaft oil seals, new water pump, all new drive belts, coolant flush, thermostat, engine oil and filter, fuel filter, front and rear differential oil, 4wd transfer case gar oil, transmission gear oil, steering alignment, and a full detail inside and out. On top of all that, she received a 2" suspension lift and new all-terrain tires. All systems are functional, and the rig is ready to drive cross county right now.
