Much love went into making these vans 'road-trip-ready'. Consistent with all the vans we sell, they received a full timing belt job and maintenance update: new timing belt, new timing cover gasket, new tensioner pulley, new camshaft and crankshaft oil seals, new water pump, new valve cover gasket, new thermostat, new radiator cap, coolant flush, all new coolant carrying hoses, transmission flush, fresh motor oil and filter, all new drive belts, new fuel filter, all new fuel lines, new air filter, fresh differential oil, fresh transmission oil. On top of all that, they received all new motor mounts, new sway bar bushings, front brake and wheel bearing service, brand new all-terrain tires, steering alignment, and a modest suspension lift with new springs and shocks. We also installed a brand new starting battery, and had the van fully detailed inside and out. Performance upgrades included an EGR system delete and EGT (exhaust gas temperature) gauge install. Many other smaller repairs and upgrades were made during the inspection and testing process.
