1992 TOYOTA HiAce Super Custom 4wd Automatic
This workhorse HiAce is dialed and ready for your on and off-road adventures. High and low range 4wd keeps the wheels moving forward under the toughest conditions, and the extra cargo capacity of the Hiace makes for a comfortable sleeping and hang-out spot in all weather. It clocks a very low 70,000 original miles, which is really only getting started for Toyota's 3L model diesel engine, know to exceed 500,000 miles before a rebuild is required.
Much love went into making this van 'road-trip-ready'. Consistent with all the vans we sell, she has received a full timing belt job and maintenance update: new timing belt, new idler and tensioner pulleys, new camshaft and crankshaft seal, new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator cap, coolant flush, transmission fluid, fresh motor oil and filter, all new drive belts, new fuel filter, new air filter, fresh differential oil. On top of all that, she has brand new all-terrain tires and a modest suspension lift. We rebuilt the front brake calipers, turned the rotors, flushed the brake fluid, and installed new front brake pads. We flushed the transmission fluid and replaced the pan gasket and transmission filter. We replaced all the coolant carrying hoses throughout the van, and rebuilt the radiator. We also installed new motor mounts, and adjusted the valves.
